I am an IPA kinda guy - like my bitters. A Guinness is always welcome too. Sierra Nevada for the daily drink and I work through various IPAs from time to time. I love that Stone IPA, and pretty much all of the Rogue beers - great stuff! For the dark beer, try 'Old Peculiar' from England. PS-PBR isn't punk rock, it's blue velvet. ![]() PSS - For great beer choices, visit Hollingshead in Orange. |

If you like the belgians try Ommegang Abbey Ale. It's actually brewed in Upstate NY but it's very good.
I like hoppy beers. Stone IPA is my everyday favorite. I have one last bottle of Stone 10th Anniversary IPA I'm saving for a special occasion. This stuff is incredible. We had some at Lance's going away party from what I remember. (I had two bottles until my wife gave one to my neighbor. I almost had to trade her in for that transgression) Coors light when I'm at the river in the heat. Another good summer beer is Unibrou La Fin Du Monde. The best beer of all though is one that is free. ![]() |
