I've seen some of you out there with these (DINO) and I'm wondering just how do you make them???

Jasc software has an animation studio application that works, but if you do a quick search on google, I'm sure you can find a freeware animated gif application. Basically you take a bunch of existing still gifs and put them in the order you want with whatever software you're using, select the speed between frames and it compiles the deal into an animated gif.
