Rape the hell out of those guys with the "I have more money than god" sandcars Oh and don't forget to charge em an extra 30% if they mention they own a DCB... Ballers don't mind paying more for bling

Chris, really most of them do mind paying. lol
Guy brings over a sand car (unfinished) that he's dumped over 80K into and just grinds me to no end on price. lol My part of it is just a drop in the bucket when looking at the big picture.

But it should be pretty good as there will be more do it yourselfers there then any were else.

Keep in mind that most of those DCB ballers are not really ballers at all. They are in dept up past their gills. lol But you gotta admit they (think) look cool in the channel.

You don't need to tell me about how badly hocked most of those guys are. I was being a smart ass about the baller thing. They like to play the part, so might as well make em pay the part

Most of those guys should be running a sticker on the back of the rail/rhino/32' cat that says, "powered by HELOC"

I'll let you know about Monday. So you think the oaks is doable before nightfall if we get there at?....

I do loans each month for tons of those guys. They can't pay household bills but they NEED to re-fi to buy some new toys cause; their truck isn't high enough, or their boat isn't big enough, or their rail doesn't have enough travel.
