Default Canyon de Chelly

I know this really has nothing to do with riding but I thought I would share a couple pics from the weeks trip to Canyon de Chelly in Arizona. I wish the canyon bed would haven't have been such deep sand because it sure would be one incredible bike ride. If you are ever traveling through the north eastern part of Arizona, you should check it out!

Wow, I've got to get there one of these days. Those ruins are fabulous!

Yeah it was awesome I wish I would have had more time. I only had basically 1 day to shoot and had to have a guide with me that was rather anal about where and when. If I was to go back I would hire a private guide and tour from sun up to sun down to really capture the land. I was on a tour with Jeep and had to be where they wanted. There is another side of the canyon I missed because of time that I plan on hitting at next years event if I dont make it back there before hand.

I cannot believe I made it home from there in 10 hours. Thats still shocking me, when I left Chinle my GPS said 14 hours 29 minutes. I think I set a record lol.
