Got the Whistler blues...

My one regret is that I'll never see May/Walsh play live, since they're retiring after the Olympics. I've always wanted to attend one of the local AVP tour dates in Long Beach, Hermosa Beach, or Huntington Beach and I haven't yet. They're such amazing players!

WTF happened to our softball team? Undefeated for like 5 years and we lose to Japan?

I'm not so sure about complete retirement. They've both made it clear that they would like to start a family and will take some time off post Olympics but don't completely discount them as they're both relatively young and can still come back and win more gold and volley tournaments. So long as the burning desire to compete and the focus/training is there, they'll do it. There is no better womens team out there but there's lots of close seconds.

Jesse, just say it like you mean it. You just want to see a couple of semi-grown men grabbing one another in very peculiar ways and smelling one another's jock straps and arm-pits.

Jesse, must I remind where I live & what I regularly ride? Pfttt! I laugh at the sight of exposure. See, like this...
If you insist though, just ask DavidBee to do your dirty work for you. He succeeded well by knocking me off the trail the last time I took him to Chilao. ![]()

Men's beach volleyball team of Rogers and Dalhausser were awesome in their match last night/this morning. The 3rd game and all those blocks by Dalhausser against the Brazilians were amazing! First time ever where the gold was won by US men and women in the same Olympics in beach volleyball. Good stuff!!!
