I swear the games are saving me and killing me. At least there is something to watch in the hotel but I have been falling asleep at 2am because I am so into them.

I know that Directv has a pretty cool setup going for the games. They put all of the channels around 750 except NBC so you can quickly find the 4 or more channels the games are on, plus you get this little extra thing to see whats upcoming, results and stuff like that interactively on the TV

yea i was having dinner @ the yard house in brea and the place went absolutely nuts, fun environment to be in after a couple "yards" of beer

did anyone see the finals for the 100mm. f'n sick. nothing like turning the jets off with 15 mm left and still making it look like everyone else is in slomo.

Yeah that was crazy, then they say that the 200m is his specialty and only runs the 100m for fun. But then it only too 5 races to break the record. He is just freakishly fast.

Yeah, I didn't wanna watch, but got so into girls beach v-ball agnst China! We lost.

OMG that Jamaican sprinter is a freak of nature. He finally actually runs hard in the Olympics and destroys the field.

Did anyone stay up long enough to see May/Walsh KILL it in Beach Volleyball finals??? What a great game, they were playing against China. It kept going back and forth and I was getting stressed out just watching!

2 consecutive Olympic gold medals for May/Walsh, YEAH!

Misty & Kerry were spectacular last night and are one of the best 2-person beach volleyball teams we've ever seen. I was actually impressed at how good the Chinese were in Volleyball. Chinese athletes are so well disciplined and focused.
