So Long Filthy Neighbors!

If you've read some of my 'blog or my posts on here, you probably know I've had some problems with my noisy, pot smoking, lamp shooting, filthy degenerate neighbors that allow their 2-year old to roam the complex unsupervised.

Well, the other day I spied a storage van outside in the parking lot! I did my best not to get excited and told myself they're probabaly just making room.

Until I woke up the next morning to a strange sound accosting my ears....SILENCE!

No radio blaring, no door slamming, no TV up so loud I can hear it through the floor. No screaming children, no barking dog....just quiet!

I went downstairs and, to my amazement, there is a realtor's lock box on the front door!

WOOOOOHOOOOO!!!!!

I haven't slept this well since they moved in. Blissful peace and quiet.

Today is a good day...

I realized our d-bag neighbors from downstairs moved out too!!! Woohoo! Good things are happening all over La Jolla!

(The damage they did, by the way, was 12 holes punched in the wall, 3 broken doors, a smashed window and a 100 gallon aquarium that they knocked over...the guy from the complex says, "I feel bad for their parents...they co-signed it for them and got the bill!)

Sounds like neighbors you might find up here in the IE. Find out where they moved to, hopefully its Santee and not next door to me.

We used to have "noisy" neighbors above us. Only "noisy" for about 2 minutes, but still annoying. La Jolla has interesting people.

2 minute man! Right on! At least it wasn't a problem for long. I lived in North Hollywood and had neighbors that would go on for hours. I recall a few nights I didn't get to sleep until nearly 3 AM...and then had to be at work at 0600. Some people suck.

Congrats on getting rid of the noisy neighbors

We just bought a new place in RSM and moved in a week ago....

At the old place we had upstairs neighbors that sounded like they were wrestling 24/7

Big ass garage
Silence....except for an occasional siren from the fire station down the road....

Now I worry that I'M the P.I.T.A. NOISY NEIGHBOR!!!!

Makes me want to get a place out in Valley Center. It's way too hot and the commute sucks though.
