I watched Terrelle Smith play in high school @ Canyon Springs against my friend Chris Claiborne who went on to play for the Lions, Vikings, Rams, Giants and Jaguars. Both guys played RB that game and ran for a ton of yards.

I was a big Rams fan - until they left. F them now. I was a man without a team for quite a while and lost interest in football for a time. I moved to Florida a while back and became a Tampa Bay Buc's fan. Even though I moved back to California I still pull for the Buc's. It was awesome when they won the Superbowl - Everyone was wondering why I was cheering for them. Sorry Raiders Nation.

I grew up an avid Rams fan. When they left, I treated it like a divorce, good riddance. Moved to San Diego in the early 90's after college, slowly aquired to the Chargers. Have been a die-hard season ticket holder since 2002.

The saddest thing, is they will probably have to move away too. I don't know what I will do....

2. Now cheer for the Chargers because of geographic proximity
3. Have adopted some other NFL team for any number of reasons so they can cheer for somebody on Sundays
4. Don't currently claim any NFL team & are still waiting for an exapansion team or current team to move to LA (may be hardcore USC or UCLA fans) - I fit into this category

I don't understand group 1. If your girfriend or wife left you for a "better" guy, would you wish her good luck. Would you keep up to date on how her new relationship is going? Would you defend her when others talked negatively about her? No you wouldn't, you would say f her, I hope she gets herpes. Are there any Laker fans still in Minneapolis? I'm not questioning your fanhood, but help me understand.
You forgot to add:

5. Those who watch NFL games occasionally, but could care less if LA ever gets another team.

We live in California "the Golden State"... there is SO much to do here.

Because you can be doing something for 12 hours a day.

San Diego Chargers! My hometown team! I remember the 1-15 season with Ryan Leaf, and the silly period afterward.

Born and raised in LA. Became a RAIDERS fan in jr high and have been one ever since. I didn't really want them to be here in LA and was glad when they moved back home to Oakland. You get to see more games on TV when the game is played up north instead of the Coliseum.

Even though the Silver and Black are going through a rough spell i must remain true to my team. Fan for all those years of playoff appearances and still a fan in the tough times. No band wagon fan here.

GO RAIDERS!!!!!

So long as they don't bring a team here to Pasadena I'm cool with what ever they do. Better yet locate the team in OC.
