Its Summertime time to bring out those pits, what do you normally barbecue, grill, or smoke up.

Big ass Tri-Tip roasts from Staters, make sure you get the Spade-L ranch rub and you will see what I am talking bout. They are so thick that you will need to halve them cooking flat, or my favorite is to use the rotisserie.

Had grilled lamb chops and cajun shrimp and andouille sausage skewers at my mom's the other night. damn tasty. At my place, i'll throw just about anything on the grill -- British sausages (from the British Grocer in downtown Fullerton ), kabobs, shrimp, salmon, halibut, asada, pork tenderloins, tri-tip, lamb loin, asparagus, red peppers, pototoes brushed with dijon and rosemary ... damn, is it lunchtime yet?

brats and italian sausages, chicken (made a sweet beer, sake, jalapeno, and lime marinate for a july 3rd bbq), and steaks and chops when they're on sale. I love throwing salmon on there, too, but its usually too spendy for my budget.

Im up for a BBQ at the beach.
Sounds fun..
Maybe start a new thread with a date and whatnot?? maybe a number of poeple every person is bringing.... so we have a pretty close head count?
Maybe we can reserve like 50 of those bonfire pits since we know we are going to take up alot
LOL
maybe an STR thing for fun could be a BBq cook off if we end up doing a beach bbq deal.

AMEN to that !!!!

EVERYTHING goes on the BBQ at our home. Tonight, I worked my magic on some fresh albacore and we had the most excellent fish tacos.

It's a good thing I ride a lot or I'd be fifty pounds heavier.

Stink Mouth Garlic Grilled Chicken Sandwiches with pepperjack cheese with a side of Franke's Couch Potatoes.

Lick Yo' Lips Lemon-Lime grilled Chicken Tacos with black beans tabbed with sour cream and fresh salsa

Bob's Bad Ass Brisket with FU-UP BBQ beans and Cornbread pudding

And my favorite:

One-Mile High Pulled 8 Hour Pork Sandwiches with banana peppers, Sweet and Spicey Slow Smoked Corn on the Cob, and some Body Bagged Bananas with Brown Sugar.

Those are standard BBQ for the Burnes family.
