- Expert level MS Project or equivalent
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Government contract experience preferred

- Knowledge of Earned Value concepts helpful

Job Site Location is Mojave CA; 20 mins from Lancaster; 35 mins. from Palmdale.
Salary is based on experience and qualifications but tends to be on the high side.
