With this new law that drivers under the age of 18 may not speak on the phone, even hands free is not allowed, how will they enforce that?

I know when I was 16 - 18yrs old and even now, I always sang aloud while driving. How are they to prove you were talking? They gonna follow you with a parabolic dish on top of the cop cars?

I would think that body language alone would tip a cop off as to what the kid is doing. Plus, think of how different a 16yo kid would react given singing vs talking if he were to drive near a cop. If the kid is singing, he'll likely just keep mouthing the words and nodding his head. If he's on the phone, he might freak, try to find the button to turn off the phone, and end looking like a complete mess. Ahh, to be young and immature...
