quickbooks sounds like it will do the trick. you just need to determine what version to use, there's a bunch of options.

Shoot me a message. I'm a CPA and I'm also a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. I work with all versions and teach my clients how to use the program for thier businesses. I also use this software for my own business and would be willing to help with anything I could.

Default Re: Quickbooks

A few Suggestions from own past experiences. I had been operating my own business for several years, and we used Quickbooks.

1) Have your accountant set up the program initially to suit your individual needs. Don't start working with the program as it is installed, as you may input info in the wrong place and make it much more difficult to decipher later. Much easier come tax time and easier to enter things like invoices, payments, bank info, etc.

2) Back Up Everything!

3) Learn the program from a pro. Saves a lot of time over learning on the fly, no matter how smart you think you are. Email the CPA who replied here, they generally know what they speak about.

4) Get what you need for now, as you can always upgrade later should you need more options & features.

Good Luck & Bill Lots!
