Pandora (no commercial internet radio) is amazing! Add Jahkey B station... it's quite upbeat. Would be good on the trails!

I listen to Pandora every day at work. I have nine stations for different moods. I don't mix them together as I usually want just one type of thing at a time.

I also listen to GrooveSalad in iTunes (one of the SOMAfm stations in the ambient list).

Makes my days bearable...

If you're into rippin' tunes and use a Mac, while the song is playing, click on Window--Activity. In the new window, look for the file that's a couple megs in size, double click it, and save it to your computer. It's a bit of a chore, but it's fun to prove that you CAN do it.
