Be sure to check out the addons (called extensions) there are some really awesome ones available, and extensions are what make Firefox stand out from other web browsers.

Thanks for the reminder. BTW, No Script is now my favorite Add-On. No more crappy ads.

EDIT: I am liking 3.0 so far. Nice, clean look and some helpful new features.

$hit, I thought you meant the movie and then I was excited because that would mean there was a Firefox 2...which I would not have seen so effectively 2 new movies, but no just a damn browser.

Bummer about that though since tomorrow (Wednesday) is Women's Gear Day! Oh well, comes at a good time.. My finances don't need any extra "gear"!

I've been using the beta versions for several months (in addition to the current 2.x versions for some apps). The new one rocks.... now the add-on developers will need to catch up.

Today (until 11:20 a.m. Wednesday morning california time) they're trying to set a guiness world record for the greatest number of downloads of a program in a single 24 hour period.

Go be part of the record!

Been using beta and now 3. Have been using FF since it's birth a few years back. Good stuff indeed and always much faster then IE.

I downloaded the new FF3 and now I can't scroll with my laptop mouspad! Its driving me nuts.

God, I have been using it ever since it was called Phoenix. Firefox sounds better though.

How do I go back to 2.0? This drop down bookmarks thing is pissing me off. If I wanted those links every time I wouldn't have book marked them I would just keep then in the history. wtf? Can you turn that off/ go back to the old mode?
