you are right.......However those calories late at night are no good for the gut.

I have cut out a bunch of other stuff (1 Diet soda a day, cut back on portions etc.)

I didn't realize Flava Flav was on STR...

I just left Portland (you may have seen the drunk Sailors roaming around, I was one of them) They have some awesome beers up there and the bike community is impressive.

I just opened a 2008 Sierra Nevada Southern Hemisphere Harvest Fresh Hop Ale. I'm going back to BevMo. It's tasty!!!!
