Default Thunderstorms?
It looked like a pretty good line of storms have been going off from Chino down in to San Diego County this afternoon. And there was a flash flood warning for the burn areas around Santiago. Any word from the ground?

There were a few thunderstorms here in Chino Hills and some gigantic rain drops falling. It only rained for a short while, now it is pretty much dry.

a quick look out the window to the north and it does looks kind of grey w/ the clouds/marine layer being really low.

The 71 fwy was littered with idiot drivers.... lets go 85 when it rains! YEAH!

saw a few accidentes on my way to work from school. Idiots.

It was sprinkling here in Temecula when I walked over to Macaroni Grill for a colleague's lunch. We heard thunder, and then it started to come down pretty good. I took off running. They came in like 5 minutes later, soaked.

While we sat in the restaurant it was literally an insane downpour for at least 30 minutes. Then sprinkles, then the clear skies rolled in. It's nice now.

Justin said a few intersections near our place were flooded about 8"!

It was raining big droplets in Tustin at Lunchtime. But the flags seem to say the wind was blowing North. I hope it stays that way. I want to hit El Moro tonight late about 6pm.

Live Doppler doesn't look good for Fullerton.
