I'm actually a Liverpool supporter, but wondered if anyone had plans to watch the final on Wednesday? Wouldn't mind sitting between a Manc/Chelski argument. Kind of like Fan Zone on FSC.

I might just take that afternoon off. This is one of those matches where it's legally required to watch it in pub. You're local to me, so I'll let you know.

What channel is it that occasionally lets the two drunken fanboys call a match late at night?

I think it may be FSC. I haven't seen them for a few months. I could picture them watching such a match in a pub. Those guys crack me up.

I'd be nervous if I were the red devils. Chelski can play like there is nothing to lose.

I'm betting we'll see the King of All Floppers (Cristiano Ronaldo - yes, he's worse than Gerard IMHO) and his newest paper-ankled protege (Rooney) begging for undeserved chances at a PK.

One can only hope the ref crew is assigned very wisely.

Truth be told, I like both teams (the luxury of being a fan from afar) and I'll end up rooting for whomever I feel plays the best match.

Yup. Pre-game at 11:00, kickoff at 11:30 on ESPN2.

Since the kickoff will be somewhere close to 11pm Moscow time, the stadium inhabitants should completely lit by then.

Looks like the turf could be an issue as it they have been working on it a lot the past few days and that could be bad news if it hasn't taken hold by match time.

Should be a great match.

Some friends and I are watching it at Hennessey's in DP. Look for the Chelsea shirts (probably some ManUre shirts too). Come on you Blues!

I'm a Chelsea fan and have been watching this on the internet while working.....multi-tasking!

They had it won, but Terry blew it. Ronaldo scored a goal for Man. U., but missed a PK, which should have allowed Chelsea to win, but then Terry blows it!!!
