If you think that's bad, just remember that someone actually has to read that paper, along with 30/50/70 other papers like it. That would suck!

I agree with ubermensch and go a step further. See what sort of jobs you would end up with without the education. That would really suck.

Yeah, college sucks. School sucks. In fact, all education sucks. We should just all remain ignorant. Sounds like a good plan to me!

dude, if you think school sucks try working!
i learned my lesson. my parents forced (i wasn't 18 yet and they threatened to sell the truck that i purchased with my own money) me to work really hard immediately after graduating high school. i hated high school and didn't have any interest in college. well, after framing houses in Phoenix, AZ for the summer i drove as fast as i could back to san diego to register for college. i wish i had worked a bit to get decent grades in high school so that i could have gone to a better college. after graduating high school with a 1.5GPA i transferred to SDSU with a 3.75GPA and managed to graduate with a BSME with a 3.25 GPA (hardest part was juggling working with projects at school and homework/studying, essentially time management) even with a decent degree work still sucks, but i make a hell of a lot more money than if i was framing houses!!!! ![]() |

Still, finals week sucks. I always hated being stuck inside for Dead Week & finals. And UCLA winter finals coincide with March Madness. Aaaaaahhhhh! (Midnight scream!) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N-pSia3BqYc |

college isn't the only way to get ahead in life. if you have the drive, you can make a good living doing almost anything. the biggest problem is that most people have no drive to succeed...

i agree....college education means nothing. it is just a scam for the government (eg, UC and CSU system) to get money while providing false hope to the tools who go. Private school are that much smarter.
