Last night I had 2 great beers from Stone Brewery: Smoked Porter and Pale Ale. The Pale Ale is my favorite.

Favorite Canadian beers:
"Maudite" and "Fin du Monde" from Unibroue in Quebec, they're strong Belgium style beers 8-9%

For a great summer night or party beer, I drink Labatt Blue or Molson Canadian.

Maybe we should just start another Thread about beer

...and there's nothing like a good Guiness on tap at an Irish Pub. The best I found was in Tokyo, perfect temperature with the clover in the foam and 2 Canadians, a Scottish, 2 Brits and an Australian. One of those nights...

I also found the best margaritas in a Tequilla bar in Hong Kong, but that's another story...

Default Acadian?

La Fin du Monde. Mmmmm

I work with a bunch of Frenchie Canucks that turned me on to Unibrou.Good stuff but at that ABV, things get fuzzy pretty quick

If you like the belgian style ales, check out Ommegang Abbey Ale. Brewed in upstate NY but it gives those monks a run for their money. Available at your local Bev Mo.

As for those Danger Boy levers, I made the mistake of forgetting to put the bushings from the old levers in the new ones. They rattle like crazy without them. I love the feel of them though.

I had a Stone IPA growler recently that somehow had been missed in the beer fridge since 4th of July. I'd aged it without even trying. It was amazing!
Great beer.

Speaking of IPA's:
I recently had Greenflash Brewery IPA. If you are a fan of the IPA I highly recommend it. It was a little TOO GREEN for me to have any more than 1 in a sitting, but it certainly exemplifies the uber-hoppy end of the IPA spectrum.

I'm a little disappointed that the New Belgium brews are harder to come by out here in Cali... I celebrate their entire catalog.

You gotta love BevMo! Man, I can get lost for DAYS in those isles!!!

Another Canuck checking in....12-packs of Molson Canadian for $11 at Sav-On. That's what I'm talkin' about.

Party on Wayne, party on Garth.

Molson Canadian really is a good daily drinker.
