Well, this was clearly not custom designed for any type of performance riding, such as track racing or road racing, but (I'm guessing) intended merely as the most expensive "look at me" hip fixie to ride around town.

I'm also guessing the dude had it made, then realized it was way harder to look cool while riding a bik, than to just drive his leased BMW around town. Enjoy!
