Add some Chile Powder, hot sauce, lime & salt...
Add some Chile Powder, hot sauce, lime & salt and anything could taste damn good. I'm home recovering from a surgery I had on Monday and I got these nasty metal staples (21 of them) all over keeping my flesh from falling out so I'm sort of stuck for a few days.
So my g/f's sister and husband were kind of in the neighborhood yesterday and dropped by and brought me some Mexican fruit bowls as a kind gesture, which was very cool. One was pineapple & watermelon. The other was cucumbers and Jicama. Both came with lime and chili powder, I added some salt and a little more hot sauce. Damn, that stuff is so good! I came to the realization that with those 4 main ingredients, anything could taste good and kill any and all bacteria in the process. To boot, it's healthy! Chalk another one-up for South Americans making a lot out of basically nothing.  Jicama Orange salad (with cucumbers and radishes)...

What happened Joe? Scheduled minor surgery? Sure hope it wasn't a bike related accident or any accident at all for that matter.Definately made me hungry looking at that pix.

It's all good and non-biking related, thanks for asking. Something I should have taken care of a long time ago and never got around to it. Well, I finally got around to it and now it's done! (No, not a vasectomy. I've already had one of those 3 years ago.)
