Have you seen this photograph?
 It's on the vice prez's website and is of him fly fishing on the Snake River. Did you take a look at the reflection in his glasses? Here's a closer look:  Looks like a naked chick to me (but that's how I think). And I think it could explain the sh!#-eatin' grin on his face.
