So I am driving home from Montclair and what do my eyes see? What? Can it be? A Chronic Taco in Upland? Oh My! Yes it is true, there is now a Chronic Cantina open for business in Upland. It is located on Central Ave, about 5 minutes north of the 10 freeway, or two blocks south of The Hat, another fine food place. So now all you Chronic lovers in the I.E. can have their Chroninc too. Its not just for the OC anymore. And the best? I went to their website and it looks like they are offering franchises now from the sound fo it. It said another would be opening in Rancho Cucamonga soon, although no location was given yet. I, for one, am very, very excited.

hmm, ive been to the chronic taco joint in newport beach off PCH near balboa, and ive been to the chronic cantina, in costa mesa at triangle square, and the little taco shack is 1000X better than the cantina, which isnt that good and is overpriced. So, for the chronic lovers, be warned that the cantina may not be as good as the original hole in the wall taco joint.

Yup I used to work in CM and loved Chronic in HB. The Cantina was a big disappointment with the food being not that good.
I went to the Montclair Cantina and the food quality was just like the one in CM. I love Chronic and wish they would open up a good one up here. |

There's been a sign hanging in La Habra near the Home Depot on Lambert announcing Chronic for over six months. Once in a while you see someone inside. I'll give it a try once she opens.
