Default Clear bra for my car.

Anyone know good places to get a clear bra put on my car? Any brand of clear bra that is good/bad? I don't even know how much the bra/installation cost so how much did you pay? Do you recommend it at all? Any info is much appreciated.

I've seen some clear bras kinda turn a nasty color over the years so I'm kinda skeptical but I get bummed with all of the little nics in the front of my car.

Thanks.

give my buddy Wayne a call 714-848-3001 he's the owner of A1 autobody in HB he can refer you to a clear bra installer. Most of his clientele are high end euro cars with the owners having a panache for dumping tons of money into their cars in aftermarket mods so ask him where to go to get it done. Tell him Duan referred you and you'll get better service he's in the shop working on cars so leave a vm he'll call you back

I believe I paid about 5 bills for the whole front of my S4 including the headlights and front of the muscles. I think it was a 3m product and the installer was in Torrance. Mine hasn't faded or discolored in the four years I've had it.

Try Xact window tint in ontario they are by the ontario auto center. I have sent them several cas over the years they do great work. The price depends on the package you get (hood, bumber, headlights, fenders, mirrors) and the car. I do highly recommend the clear bra it works great we have a body shop and seen how it prevents rock chips. tell them Smart prep sent you ask for Luis.

That would be awsome, thank you. Does anyone know if this is a normal price?

Thank you very much for the recommendation but if your buddy's clientele is mostly high end euro cars, I'd imagine he isn't the cheapest in town. I'm sure he does work that is quality but I'm going to try to do this as cheaply as possible. A call couldn't hurt though, thanks.

definitely call, the double edge sword is that you get it on the cheap and the installation may not be great all things being equal you know? but definitely doesnt hurt to ask hell get a low ball price and take it to that guy

i second the 3m recommendation. I did my car in 2002 and it still looks fine. Cost me about 400 bucks and depends on the car since each sticker set is different. My car was apparently a PITA so it cost more. I wouldn't skimp on this too much since it's going to be a part of your car for a long long time...

i think but im not sure it depends on how difficult bumber is like my friend paid 700 for a front bumper and both fenders on his lancer evo9
but personally i wouldnt get it waste of money just dont tailgate and you will be fine
