I don't mind the wings. Some of the fans are asshats. Even back when the Ducks sucked most other teams fans were cool. The Kings and the Wings fans are usually aholes. I can see the Kings fans with the close proximity. But when the Wings come there is a sea of red. You can't tell me that many people moved here from Detroit (although I can't blame them). I'm thinking some Kings fans just saved some money and bought jerseys. Or can you say bandwagon???

Look, I am a Kings fan to the bone. I also LOVE the NHL! My wife's family is from Detroit and I am tired of them being good. I am also tired of Wings fans. Most of them don't remember the "Dead Things" era, etc... Just Stevie Y and so on.

The Pens are an exciting, young team. I hope my Kings can be that soon. In the meantime, I will root for the Pens.

Yes, I had to rescue this thread from obscurity. Sorry DeeZee...

Pens win, Pens win. With a bit of bias I can easily say that was the best Stanley Cup Final game I've ever seen. Fleury, you da man.

That was a GREAT game! I don't like Detroit so I was going for the Penguins.

great game for sure. I hate the detroit homer announcers though. I'm a hockey fan first, ducks then detroit and I even knew those goaltender interference calls were legit.

One of the best games hockey games I saw in a long time. Pittsburg got some grit and that goaltender for them was a stone wall.
