What's to get offended by? The poor woman was so out of breath she had to take a rest before she could resume.

The exact same thing happens to me when I climb cholla.

i guess there are some hidden benefits for those who run their saddle too high and are too stretched out on the bike.

doubt that same thing would apply to the other gender.
