Huh, so the wife isn't crazy. I was in the garage working on the cruiser for some night riding and she came down and said "I think we just had an earthquake".

I told her she was crazy

it was a 3.1, 2 miles off the coast of newport beach. it was big enough to scare my dogs.

Yep, I haven't felt anything in SD since I move here a year ago. But when I was living near Santa Monica, I'd feel 2.X nearly every month. My wife thought I was crazy. Check on the website and sure enough...

I felt it. I thought it was the cat jumping up on the couch and then it jolted good and rolled away. I haven't felt any aftershocks. Yet.

Pretty good shake, although short. I'm at University and Yale, so pretty close to Jamboree and Ford.
