Yeah, I am not trying to sabotage the outstanding efforts of the STR weight loss challenge. I actually did think about this until I saw the date.

One scoop of ice cream is ok. Moderation is your friend! Now 10 scoops of ice cream, that's another story...

Bah, that's why you find some kid to wait in line for you while you run other errands. Ben & Jerry's is free. Basking Robbins might cost you 93 cents if you buy the kid a big cone.
