FYI: Leopard OS and Airport Extreme Base Station Owners
There is a new firmware update for the Airport Extreme Base Station that now allows you to do Time Machine air disk backup!!!
I know the non-Apple folks dont care but this is monumental because when they released this OSX the time machine was a big deal and not being able to back things up wirelessly was a bummer. Link To Article here's a screen shot of my HDD attached to the AEBS

It's a pain...
You can't just continue to reuse your existing Time Machine backups. It treats them as an "Other" Time Machine disk. After connecting to your Airport Extreme it will create another backup file. The easiest way is to wipe the drive and start over. Anyone find a workaround?

My external is now permanently connected to the Extreme. It wasn't as simple as "move the usb plug, find the new drive, life goes on..." It just wouldn't continue utilizing the back-ups that were already on the drive. Kind of a pain because it's about 600Gb worth of stuff that it has to redo over wireless.
