I've seen the movie Grizzly Man and I just about laughed my ass off for the entire thing. Especially at the end when that chick spreads his ashes out in the Alaskan wilderness from a friggin' Skoal tin.
It's quite obvious that Timothy Treadwell was NOT a conservationist or a biologist. He's was just some nutjob out in the Katmai gratifying his insane fetish for grizzly bears. The way he acted and his anthropomorphism (did I spell that right?) of the bears was not only comical insanity but very dangerous for both himself and the bears. A 1,000 lb grizzly is not a teddy bear and it is definitely not a pet.

All he did was habituate dangerous predators to humans.
In the end he managed to get himself killed, his girlfriend killed, and I believe two bears killed from his antics.

I will give him credit for taking some really bitchin' footage of some Grizzlies though.

its the same thing thats happens to people with tigers, large snakes, whales, etc people get way too comfortable around predators and then one day instinct makes the animal realize you are just prey
