I sold mine with about 20K. The car is VERY well built and engineered and an absolute blast to drive. Mine was an 04 S model and the only problem I had was the well documented (check the various Mini websites) problem of windshields cracking. Mine went through 3 windshields in 14 months. I would go out in the garage and find a crack starting from the edge of the windshield, that wasn't there when I parked the car. The problems I had with Irvine BMW was their denial that it was a warranty item, even though I would take it over to Crevier BMW and had it replaced n/c. I had several friends with Minis, and we all experienced this problem.
At the time I had the car, it was unknown if the cause was from chassis flexing or crappy OEM glass. I assume the problem has been resolved, but would check into it before buying a used car. I miss the car, especially the MPG, and would consider getting another. Definately get the S model, or you will wish you had later.

Oh yes I am going to get the S model and the main thing is to use for Gas MPG. I may still keep my truck. I don't know it all depends is the dealership actually gives me a good price for the truck. More than likely I will keep my truck.

My mini was bought at Assael BMW in Monrovia. They are super nice there and never cared about mods on my car.
