Default Cars and Coffee

Anyone go to Cars and Coffee this morning? It was definitely one of the better mornings today. It was also british car day so plenty of MG's, Triumphs, Austin Healeys, etc. My fav for the show was an orange racing Ford GT built up by steve millin. I saw and read about this car in one of my mags, looked soooo good in person. My two other favs were an all black Audi R8 and a right hand drive Nissan Skyline R35. The Skyline rolled up and stole the show for a good bit. Looked soo good. Strangely it's the second one I've seen here; first one I saw on the 405 and I ended up following it way past my exit.

I hope I figured out how to post pics....

Ok I'll never get it so here's the link to where you can see the cars there anyways. http://cncpics.com/v/mar08/080308/

Couldn't find any pics of the skyline online... oh well. Just google it.

Is this a weekly/monthly event? There was a lot of supercars.. but the 56 Chevy and Blown Nash put a smile on my face.

I usually make it a couple of times a month. It's hard to wake up that early...

I was happy that Ford stepped up to host the event. After the Irvine Co. kicked everyone out of Crystal Cove, I was afraid the meet would disappear.

There is definitely some great cars there.

It is wayy hard to wake up but I always have a good time so it's worth it. I miss the Crystal Cove venue sooo much!! There was alot less space for the cars but it just made it feel so much cooler that it was so close to the beach. The current spot in irvine isn't bad but Crystal Cove was cooler IMO.

Parking lot across the Mazda/PAG building. Every Saturday from 6am to about 9am. Get there early as most of the really nice cars leave early.
