5 days a week, but my hours vary. When i'm not in the office its usually out in the field early, home early, and so i can get afternoon rides in a lot, especially in summer.
Never ever ever will i work on the weekend - i they ever bother to ask, i've already got plans that cannot be cancelled!

I work in the editorial department of a trade magazine and Web site M-F. Schedule is somewhat flexible, but I generally work 8:30-5 or so (I'll get in earlier and leave earlier on days i want to ride after work). Get to telecommute one or two days a month, which is nice. Sure as hell beats the days when i worked on the copy desk at the O.C. Register, doing 3:30-midnight with two weekdays off. I got to do lots of riding back then, but my new bride and I hardly ever saw each other.

I don't fit into any one of those categories. I work full time and go to school full time and I spend time with my wife. I only ride my bike once or twice a week, except for commuting, but that's less than four miles each way so I don't count that as a ride.

I couldn't pick two, but I am a student in college and work 5 days a week! Gotta pay for the bikes somehow and going to school isn't putting any green in my pocket!

Amen to that...get your priorities straight and you'll have no problem finding the time to ride plenty.

no ale- that'd be "grog" or "rum" more correctly.
