Default Job opening

Hello all,

Our company Swift Engineering, Inc. is hiring to support the production of our new open wheel formula racecars and I have an opening for an experienced advanced composite technician, I know many of you are gearheads and tinker with bikes and other hobbies in your spare time and are mechanically inclined. If qualified and interested or know someone who is, please pass it along…..And no riding a carbon bike doesn’t constitute experience.Sorry.

Below is a rough draft of an ad that I will post on Monster next week, it shows a need for all experience levels, and that will be true in the near future, but at this time the immediate need is for an experienced tech.

Composite technicians:

Racecar manufacturer located in San Clemente, Ca. is seeking composite technicians.
Candidates will have the rare opportunity to work on every composite aspect of a “state of the art” open wheel racecar.
All experience levels are needed, but all must have strong a mechanical aptitude.
Daily tasks may include preparing master molds for the tooling department, lamination of wings, chassis, or bodywork, to finishing and bonding of various composite parts.

Competitive wages and benefits.

Manufacturing Engineer / Composite Shop Manager

Let me know when you need some more general experienced people as I think I might be qualified and am currently looking. Good luck in your search.

Sounds like you actually have to work at this place. I'll just keep my job for now, but good luck with the search.

On a side note, it would be pretty cool to drive one of those cars.
