I got my Haro out and was shredding my in-laws back yard. They have an acre+ on a gentle slope and I had a neat loop going.

--I started on the 16' flatbed trailer at the back edge, upper portion of the property. It's about 2' high at the end. I wheelied off that...
--cut behind the garage
--cut between 2 sheds
--dropped down a 1' high dirt ledge in between two patches of ice plant
--up some stairs made out of railroad ties
--back in between the sheds
--down onto the patio to a 3 railroad tie skinny
--up the paved driveway
--down the railroad tie stairs
--then back up to a huge dirt mound in the back corner opposite the trailer
--up the back side of that and down
--down the paved driveway to jump my kids' BMX ramp.

I did this while my wife slept (recovering from surgery). I kept my cell phone in my pocket and she called me when she needed me. I ran this route close to 20 times today. If it wasn't dark, I'd take pics and post them. I wish I'd thought to take pics then. Maybe in the morning.

EDIT: Here's a link to pics-- My rainy day route

Looking at my bike again, maybe my loop wasn't such a great idea. It's a bit muddy.

Do you guys really ride that often during the week?

I know if your weekend is actually full of "work" days then it's different, but for those that work M-F do you ride everyday?

I guess we are in the minority!

I have been riding at least once or twice during the week for the past 2 weeks. As the days get longer, I will be riding almost every day after work.

Pretty sure once we hit daylight savings Justin and I will be commuting in to work. Means I will more than likely have to stop doing leg gym workouts.

Hopefully we can get out on dirt a night or so a week also.

But, I haven't had a working light since last year and am not really into night riding

i don't think that all of us ride that much during the week, its just the fact that due to weather, we can't ride.

for instance, my commuting by bike has gone from a planned 4 days this week to one. sigh....so sad.

I usually ride Monday morning before work (it's my one night shift), Tuesday night ride, Wednesday after work and Friday after work. Then I usually ride Saturday at a trail that I don't have time to hit on the weekdays, and usually an afternoon ride on Sunday's.

With kids, work, spouse, Taekwondo, etc, I don't have the time to bust out multi hour rides usually. So, I have to go for quantity. Most of my weekday rides are less than 2 hours and most of my weekend rides are less than 3 hours.

This rain is making almost all of that impossible however.
