I changed my work schedule so I could ride after work during daylight savings. I work 5-2 M-F so unless I teach, that night, I can usually get some sort of ride in everyday.

I have been riding Wed and Fri the last few weeks when weather allows. I'm going to start riding at lunch since the rain seems to come only around the weekends.

As a manufacturer's rep, I'm sometimes on the road at 5:30 am and don't get home until after 6 pm... 150-200 miles in a car in a day (ugh!). The things we do for money! .... and I'm old and suppose to be sitting on a front porch somewhere, sipping lemonade, contemplating my navel...

Real estate in So OC is pretty much dead... very hard to make any sort of living at it right now.. pay those pesky bills! I'm working in industrial sales (did this for 25 years prior)... wife Nancy still involved in RE:

The good news is that the market will come back... it may take another 1-2 years, but demand will increase, inventories will drop, appreciation will come back and the birds will sing and the sun will come out... tomorrow...tomorrow... and I'll get to ride more!
