Your right TCB, it got my blood boiling. If that was my one of my boys, that wanna-be, over-fed, rent-a-cop would be sta-sta-stuttering by the time we finished chatting. I think I would prolly make him pee his pants a little.

Wonder were this is, I couldn't pick out the name on his shirt. I'm sure the parents are going to have a field day in court with this clown.

the kid is giving this officer no reason whatsoever to behave this way and that's what's pissing the man off most. he's just antagonizing him so he'll talk back to him and then he'll have an excuse to beat up on the kid. what an a$$hole.

I do have to say that the 14 y.o. kid would probably have had a little less problem if he had learned that the proper address to a police officer (if not all adults) is "yes SIR" "no SIR" instead of "Dude".

hmmm, i wonder why so many people have such a negative outlook towards cops.

in all honesty, most of my run ins (maybe a handful) with cops have been more negative than positive in the sense of them playing the roll and trying to talk sh*t.

last time i checked the kid wasnt in the military, and there for can call the cop whatever he wants...not saying its the smartest thing for him to do, but nonetheless show me a law where one must address a cop as 'sir'.

I have had my fair share of run ins with the Po Po. I am 34 now and I don't have the young punk arse tude as much anymore. I have learned with the Police just be upfront and honest with them the majority of the time they will just write you a ticket or just let you go depending on the crime of course. If a cop starts lecturing me then forget it I wil just say give me the ticket don't talk to me like I am your kid. Some cops have little man syndrome and thats why they are cops, they always have to be right and they love the power.

Even if the kid popped off on the cop the cop should be more professional and mature to be able to handle the situation in a responsible way. On a couple side notes don't think cops are saints the majority of them party harder than anyone of us. I have seen it first hand, my ex girlfriend works for the OC DA investigation team and we would go to the Baker to Vegas run. I have a joke you can tell a cop. This joke will only work if the cop is fat, say hey officer don't you guys have to pass a physical?

That Officer was probably fired. I hope that this teaches people to be respectful even if it is just young kids. Most skater kids talk that way. Get over it.
You give respect you get respect.
The cop went off on the kids from the start and they were just standing there.
Now he is the you tube comedy show.
