Default Room for Rent - Anaheim Hills
Jason and I have a room available for rent. We live in Anaheim Hills off the 91 freeway at Imperial Hwy.

Rent is $600/mo and includes all utilities, internet, etc. We are very easy going as long as you treat our house with respect.

I really liked living there with Willie and Jason, great people to live with. Just make sure you do your dishes and there will be no problems!

Brandon - No. Jason pretty much knows if anyone BREATHES on his bikes and he doesn't like it.

George - Just transfer to CSUF and find a job in Fullerton!

Thats a great location for riding and only made better by such exceptional hosts. I would also advertise here to attract the right kind of tenants, use caution though there will be so many opportunities to ride one may never want to go home. If I were not fortunate enough to live with a mountain biker already I would jump at this opportunity.

Sorry, no more animals. We have a Boston terrier (Eddie) and he's already too much dog for us sometimes!

It would be a private room, but a shared bathroom.

Just wondering that's all. Some people may not like the 2 quiet or too loud enviroment.

I have room for a couple of bikes how many do you have?
I have 7-8 bikes 4 motorcycles in the garage now some for sale.

Room for 5 bikes? I have a rack with 3 bikes on it right now. Then I still need space for 2 more. Sure no dog? Its just a little dog.
