Looks like it's official>>>
The Senate passed the economic rescue plan earlier Thursday. The 81-16 vote capped more than a week of political maneuvering that ended only when majority Democrats dropped their demand that the proposal offer jobless benefits, heating aid for the poor and tax breaks for certain industries. The Senate plan would rush rebates — $600 for individuals, $1,200 for couples — to most taxpayers and cut business taxes in hopes of reviving the economy. Individuals making up to $75,000 a year and couples earning up to $150,000 would get rebates. People who paid no income taxes but earned at least $3,000 — including through Social Security or veterans' disability benefits — would get a $300 rebate. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,329565,00.html ![]() So who's buying what at the Path when they get their check?? Come on now, time to 'stimulate' the economy ![]() |

Mine all goes to child support. Even though I make all my monthly payments and have my kids all the time.

the money is suppose to be spent, if we just put it in the bank it will not stimulate the economy, and we would be letting our politicians pass on the national debt to our children's children with no benefit for the here and now.
buy a bike, take a trip, get that upgrade, whatever you do, spend it and enjoy it cheers! |

As for my answer, that's been a knee jerk answer between a few college friends and I for years. It's been years since I was last on RBR and MTBR, but I wouldn't be surprised if that line had made its way there. ![]() |

I think there is a cut off somewhere but it's something like that and with us spending like $1300 a month on child care (and that's a good deal) we get back a pretty decent sum o' cash. I'm thinking a possible Transition brand bike is in my future...but it'll take some fun shopping to find out!
(not sure which is more fun, the shopping or the riding!) LOL

I wont go into major details, but in my situation I pay child support, pay taxes on that support and taxes on my payroll. Being as child support considers all dads dead beats I can not even claim my kids on my taxes. My ex claims them and gets earned income credit plus my taxes and child support. Now if I get a second job and bring in more income they take more money. But they say if you spend more time with the kids you support goes down. Does That make any sense or seem fair when you are not a dead beat dad?Sorry to vent but it makes me not even want to file my taxes.
