Didn't get a chance to go. I played hooky Tuesday - did a road ride - 40 miles! I needed to get some miles in this week for some CC training. With all this rain my training has been dampened - no pun intended... Anyway, taking off Tuesday set be back with work. I have some big deadlines. So.....lil ol me was home working - all night. Of course I periodically checked life with the STR family - but working none the less. Next week will be better as long as the rain hold off.

I bought a box of these and my friend kept trying to steal them from my box..... They were later renamed "untrustables" for this reason. Tasty treats but they bring out the worse in some.

Default Delicious yes, but nearly as bad for you as crack...

If you're going to partake, do so in an informed manner...

Each micro sandwich=210 calories

2 grams SATURATED fat (9 grams fat total)

Main ingredients include enriched flour, high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oil.

Lots of ingredients with exotic names=bad for you.

Uncrustables.jpg

Too bad they are so tasty...

A similar PB&J high can be obtained with a nice soft organic whole wheat bread, organic PB, organic jam and a sandwich press. Mass produce and freeze in individual bags, ready to grab and go.
