Default Bar-B-Q Tips.

Got any ? Summer is here.

My tips would be use dry rubs instead of sauces. Cut the big fat chunks off the edges the fire won't flare up as much. These tips work good for thick cuts that need to cook longer.

Trader Joes has a mean pre-marinated Tri-Tip, FXRob and I usually cook one of these up every other sunday afternoon.

I usually marinate whatever I'm "q'ing" for quite some time and will scrub down the grill with an onion to give it a nice clean surface and it adds a little bit of flavor as well.

The best carne asada can be found a El Toro Meat Market. It's a bit expensive $10/lb but it is amazing.

When I visit my friends in LA, they always ask me to buy some for them.

LBmtb,

any beer goes well with anything \/
