I too have never dabbled with drugs, not even a little bit. Heck, I've never even tried cigarettes.

I graduated from HS in 1994 during one of the peaks in the Rave Party scene here in SoCal. At that time I was into Punk Rock, played in a band, worked at a bike shop, and raced Mountain Bikes.

One of my punker friends introduced me to Raves and it was all over. I dove right in, going out 2 or 3 times a week sometimes. Unlike the punk scene, people were really nice to each other (probably because they were on E). I even got into dancing which I never thought I'd do (because I was on E). I got into the drug shit, got busted with weed twice, stopped Mountain Biking, sold my bike to buy E, and pretty much hit the lowest point in my life. I watched a lot of good people's lives just steadily go downhill.

Stay away from the chemical drugs. They feel good for a little while, but they are not good for you and will not do good things for you. You don't want to be one of those people that are always wondering what life might have been had they taken another path. Stay focused on a positive goal and take the right path.

i have no interest in riding my bike on those trailsss thatss be not on the pavements anyone ever done that I hasve no money so I just say I like to hold hands on the beach while staring at the sunsets whats up with bikes that go boing boing and have these tires that look like they are for tractors or thosse other things motocycles? anyway im not intersted just curious anyone know what apple is trading for

ok so i hope nobody got the wrong idea about this thread.
im not getting into drugs, im not switching schools because of drugs or peer pressure, nothing like that
im just a curious teen where alot of bad stuff goes on around me. thankfully, i have my family called STR. Notice i always come here first for advice or help or anything. when i find a new bike i want, it goes up on here so people can b!tch about how i dont have the money and how i need a job and stuff. honestly, i just like getting my experiences through you guys. I posted also becuase i didnt want to go to a rave and get killed or get into drugs. i wanted to know your experiences so i didint have to take the risk of going to one myself. So i hope nobody got the wrong idea. And thanks everyone for being my family and helping answering my curious questions and thread topics

No wrong idea, I did my share of drugs and it got me no where. Now I have two little boys that I have to raise, So in the end you have helped me as well. In the way that I know what to expect when my kids get you're age.

Man, I swear I made up that word back in 97 when i religously frequent AOL Ravers chat room. I used to rave almost every weekend from 97 to 00. Masterdome and Fox theaters were the regulars and then theres the massives. A friend started iloveraving.com and he'd always have a pair of the really bright glowstick to crack and everyone would watch. I mastered the nordictrack, reverse nordictrack, pop lock, box, glowsticking and all the other raver dance. I did my fair share of drugs. Did E, LSD, Shrooms, K, and weed. Looking back, I wish I hadn't done E. Drugs are bad m'kay?

you guys crack me up... my sister was always on ILR... i think she even had a onE sticker on her car.... she was the big raver in the family... thankfully she came out ok and isn't all messed up.
