Sorry, didn't know you ordered calendars that people hadn't paid for yet. That changes everything. By my calculations if they had all been paid for there should have been some money left over which I'm totally okay with you keeping but obviously that's not the case. My apologies!
![]() Hopefully those that said they wanted one go ahead and pay for one! (wink wink nudge nudge)

Once I have handed out all those that have been paid for (priority), then I'll worry about selling whatever is left over. I will try my best mail out those that have requested by tomorrow. Hopefully I can get some envelopes. That all costs money also (in addition to shipping). I know the priority mail envelopes are free, but that isn't cheap (especially since it's an awkward size). And boxes are heavier/bigger. I'll have to keep really good track of my receipts so I know how much all that is gonna cost. It's gonna take me some time to organize those to hand out to people so they don't have to spend too much time worrying about it as well. Regular mail is cheapest, but still gotta buy a crapload of envelopes! Target here I come ![]() |

Yeah shipping supplies can be an adventure. Luckily I still have a lot of those sturdy envelopes that I used for the jerseys and that special paper to print out postage with. I'd give you the envelopes but doubt they'd work well for the calendars (probably get bent). Good luck.

Allison, Thank you for your hard work on this. FWIW you can get Tyvek priority mail bags from the post office for free. Turn them inside out and send out regular mail. (you'll need to use tape for the flap).
I'll pick up Ladd Jaspers from you in Fontana. C

I will not get out that way so I would appreciate it if you can mail mine. I use it for work and love the thought of looking at local rides/riders. If you get upside down on money, pm me and I will send more.
And thanks to everyone involved. From the outside, it looks like it came together quickly and well. I am really impressed. ![]() |

Will do Gene.
If anyone else would like me to pick up their calendar please PM me and Allison, by Friday night. I think Allison will be leaving for the races early Sat morning and I may not have e-mail access because I will be in Catalina Friday and Sat. Thanks!
