It's true. People who exercise and drink one or two beverages a day live longer. ...Well, if your in a Danish study anyways.

I totally agree with the study! Katonk rides his bike and drink 2-3 TALL schooner's of beer (with breakfast). He's the healthiest guy I know!

The verdict of studies like this has been clear for decades. Inactivity is the greatest health risk, because that leads to lots of other ailments that can/will kill you over time. A related conclusion is that if you do exercise regularly, you can get away with a lot of "bad" stuff. In fact, you will be significantly better off than someone else who does no "bad" stuff, but also no exercise.
