I am going to make a Happy Holidays / Merry Christmas card that has a check box next to each with a "Please check your appropriate non-offensive Holiday Greeting. Dont blame me if you check an offensive to you box."

He sounds like a total d!ck. I'd put him on my list of customers who do not get one iota of consideration beyond that which is considered standard business practice.

Your client is no gentleman. You would do well to remember this and to not let him bother you when he behaves in a loutish manner.

What's the worst thing you can do to him? Take his money. Continue to provide the agreed upon services, take the money, and use it to buy something nice for your family.
