    did you decide on your nutrition for the ride? by now I'm sure you've figured out what works and what does not! sounds like your training is paying off! Way to go and don't forget to have fun!!!!

    Yep i'm ready, did a small ride yesterday, oaks and peters, felt really strong. I will rest the rest of the week, hydrate and eat some protein. Ready for it to be over with so I can go back to some fun all day rides and not just hammer the whole time.

    my goal is 6 laps. thats 1 lap every two hours including coming in and refueling after each lap. I feel its achievable so we will se what happens, overall its just going to be fun to ride all day. .
