hey man,
im back in town. let me know when you want to ride. ill be slow, i rode one lap at CWP yesterday and thought i was going to puke.

i was in CWP yesturday too. i can ride pretty much any time, just mon-frid i cant go till after work (5pm) im going to do a couple loops tonight after work. let me know if your interested. bonelli would be good too, havent been there in a while

I just road there yesterday, there is a group ride on Thursdays, I'm thinking same time next week.....you in? How about Monday or Wednesday, Bonelli?
