I did that...found a retro house in a nice neighborhood....however it was in a trust...two poeple in it took my offer....one yahoo said no so it was back to the drawingboard.

I found a craftsman in the historical area of santa ana....kind of excited...mostly terrified. haha.

No congrats yet...I'm in the foreclosure battle....we'll see if I win this one. I've lost a lot so far....people come in with cash and offer 1k more and I get left in the dust. Sigh.
