Ken, is your ride cancelled tonight 4sure?

NO!!!! We were suppose to come back sunday.....from Catalina.....and the friggin boat got stranded over there in the wind until yesterday. Nan even took monday off to ride with me Guess I can milk it....have a ride NEXT weekend

I'm going to make an attempt to take a few weeks off. I have IT band issues with my left knee that won't go away. Didn't hurt too bad last night but I still felt it.

Weekends are better. Can do an occasional ride midweek but am taking a class.
