July 18 is Friday, full moon. Theoretically, we should start around 6-6:30pm and get up to the Main Divide before dark. Moon should be enough light on the Divide and then we'd have plenty of battery for our descent down Trabuco. Only riders that have done this trail before; don't want someone falling off the trail. Someone said he'd sweep but he's not available that weekend; so still thinkin' Also need a lead and someone mid-pack. Smaller group is best.

Yes. Hugh said he would love to do it. I'm thinking Fri or Sat night and it would be social. No racing. If we had a good turnout we could divide into two groups but at night probably best if the fast climbers looked out for the slower ones, like me!

Any weekend when we have a full moon is good. Would like to have a couple of strong male riders to lead and sweep. I thought it would be incredible to do during the summer, avoiding the heat, bugs and have the exhiliaration of riding in the moonlight. My two concerns are lights going out and going over the edge in the dark and not being found. But I love a challenge

Hi Mark,
Thinking about a full moon night ride up Holy Jim. You interested?
